Undersecretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy and the Environment Jose Fernandez is traveling to South America for official discussions on critical minerals supply chains and developments in the Americas Partnership.
Mr. Fernandez is visiting Argentina, Ecuador and Peru through August 29.
