CBP Says $86.3 Billion in IEEPA Tariff Refunds Sent to Treasury

The filing provides the most detailed accounting yet of the government’s effort to unwind the IEEPA tariffs following the Court of International Trade’s ruling invalidating them. It shows CBP has largely succeeded in building a mechanism to process tens of millions of import entries and more than $120 billion in potential refunds.
