Customs and Border Protection on March 27 updated its guidance implementing the March 17 Jones Act waiver, publishing a revised list of potentially covered products and clarifying that cargo qualifies only if it is loaded aboard the vessel before 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
