CRS Report on USMCA Joint Review

The Congressional Research Service has released a new report outlining the history and policy issues likely to shape the 2026 joint review of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, warning that the process could lead to revisions to the agreement or, if unresolved, its eventual phaseout.
