President Trump has formally determined that the “Board of Peace” is eligible to receive U.S. defense articles and defense services under Section 503(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act and Section 3(a)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act, according to a White House memorandum scheduled for publication in the Federal Register on April 24.
