ITC/China : PNTR Revocation and Biotech

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) on Thursday announced the start of two Congress-ordered investigations related to China: a factfinding probe on the economic effects of revoking China’s permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) status, and a separate investigation examining Chinese state support and pricing practices in the biotechnology sector and their impacts on U.S. competitiveness.
