Teller Sentenced as AML Cases Continue to Target Frontline Employees

A former TD Bank  branch teller was sentenced June 10 to 18 months in prison for accepting bribes and helping launder millions of dollars in drug proceeds, the latest conviction arising from the bank’s anti-money-laundering failures.
