U.S. Extends Brazil Emergency

The extension preserves the administration’s emergency authorities toward Brazil but imposes no new penalties. The original order cited Brazilian policies involving free expression, U.S. technology companies, human rights and the prosecution of former President Jair Bolsonaro.
