USTR Trade Barrier Report

On March 31, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) submitted the 2025 National Trade Estimate (NTE) to President Trump and Congress. The annual report surveys significant foreign trade barriers confronting U.S. exporters and supports the administration’s “America First” trade policy.

This year’s NTE catalogues trade barriers in nearly 60 economies. China (pages 48–95) and the European Union (pages 129–162) receive extended focus.
