USTR Opens 60 More Section 301 Cases, This Time Over Forced-Labor Import Bans

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Thursday opened a second sweeping set of Section 301 investigations, this time targeting 60 economies over what it said was a failure to impose and effectively enforce bans on imports of goods made with forced labor.
