USMCA Update: Ag, Autos, Ottawa

The top US agriculture trade negotiator downplayed the possibility that the Administration might dissolve the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement, but noted that each of the three countries have issues with each other that will need to be resolved bilaterally. Meanwhile Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney appointed a new Chief Trade Negotiator to the United States.
